REQUEST FOR BIDS/RFP

Sealed proposals will be received by the Avoyelles Parish School Board at 221
Tunica Drive West, Marksville, Louisiana until 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2026 for the Annual Financial Audit for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

Specifications are on file at the School Board Office and may be obtained upon
request from Mary L. Bonnette, Director of Finance.

The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and / or all proposals and to waive informalities.

Sealed proposals are hereby requested by the Child Nutrition Summer Meal Box RFP, which includes the following

School Food Authorities (SFA): Avoyelles, Acadia, Jeff Davis, Beauregard, Allen, Vermillion, Webster, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, Lafayette Parish, Diocese of Lafayette, and Calcasieu Parish.

Complete RFP documents may be obtained for free by visiting centralbidding.com or by contacting Jenny Welch @ jenny.welch@avoyellespsb.com to obtain a copy of the RFP.

Paper copy proposals will be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on April 14th, 2026, at the Avoyelles Parish School

Board located at 221 Tunica Dr., Marksville, LA 71351. Any proposal received after this due date and time will be rejected and will be returned unopened.

Paper copy proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the following proposal information:

1. Proposer’s name

2. Proposal due date/time

3. Proposal name: Child Nutrition Summer Meal Box Cooperative Agreement

In lieu of paper copy proposals, bidders may elect to submit electronically through centralbidding.com. A fee may be associated with the use of this Central Bidding service. Further, vendors shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting proposals online.

Award will not be made at the time of the RFP opening but will be awarded by the Avoyelles Parish School Board on April 21st, 2026.

Child Nutrition Summer Meal Box Cooperative reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals and to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in accordance with state law.
